The Andrew James Air Fryer attachment is a fantastic new add-on for your 12L halogen oven. It vastly increases the range of foods you can cook in your halogen oven, and more importantly for many people, is a healthier alternative to traditional frying.
To operate, you simply place the Andrew James Air Fryer between the glass bowl and the lid of your halogen oven, place in your fish, chips or other foodstuffs then cook as normal. It produces a great golden crisp finish in a fraction of the time of a conventional oven or grill.
When cooking fattier foods such as bacon and sausages, the fat simply drains away rather than staying around or in the food itself. Most foods can be air fried using very little or no oil at all. It’s a great way to increase the versatility of your halogen oven, but also to stay healthy by frying using little oil and reduced fat.
