Description
The Andrew James Multifunctional 5.2-litre Food Mixer comes with a meat grinder attachment, 1.5-litre blender attachment and boasts some exceptional features such as an extra powerful 1,500 watts motor, special robust gear mechanism and a huge 5.2 litre stainless steel bowl with a useful splash guard.
The mixer comes complete with four (4) attachment tools for your mixing needs – dough hook, flexi-beater blade, aluminium beater blade and stainless steel whisk. The meat grinder attachment transforms the stand mixer into an easy to use meat grinder. The grinder is also supplied with three (3) cutting discs for different types of grinding (fine, medium, coarse) and includes sausage and kibbe making tools.
The food blender attachment consists of a 1.5-litre glass jug and is the ideal way to create fruit juice, smoothies, sauces, cocktails and baby food. The stainless steel knife consists of six (6) cutting blades allowing the blender to cut and puree with ease. Also includes a spatula and a 128-page Andrew James food mixer cookbook written by Norma Miller.
