Description
Generally, recipe books include recipes for cakes to be baked in metal moulds. In order to obtain a perfect and even cooking by using Silikomart silicone moulds, we recommend to keep the oven temperature of 10°C lower than the temperature suggested for baking by using metal moulds and to extend baking time for 10 minutes.
Silikomart silicone moulds must be oiled, buttered or greased only for the first use. The quality of liquid silicone will guarantee a perfect non-stickness for all subsequent uses avoiding the use of butter or oil for lighter and healthier cooking.
