30 Spinach Fettuccini

350g spinach
140g fettuccini
  30g margarine
  2-3 cloves of garlic
     5 tablespoons of olive oil
  1-2 tablespoons of lemon juice
        Black pepper


Wash and drain the spinach.  Peel and slice the garlic.  Boil the fettuccini in one of our fantastic stew pots (see some images below) containing water, two tablespoons of olive oil and salt.  In a different wok pan (see some images below), garlic is roasted in margarine and the remaining olive oil.  Put the spinach in a sieve and pour on to it the fettuccini with its boiling water and let it drain.  The drained fettuccini and the spinach (which has now softened with the heat of the fettuccini) are then poured into the wok with the roasted garlic and mixed together.  Serve after seasoning with salt, black pepper, nutmeg and lemon juice.
